Directions

GETTING READY
1) In large conatiner, cook beef and onions until meat browns.

MAKING
2) Pour off fat.
3) Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
4) Into hot pint jars, pack the mixture at once, leaving 1" head space.
5) Wipe jar rim; adjust lids.
6) Process in pressure canner at 10 pounds pressure for 75 minutes
7) Remove jars from canner and complete seals unless closures are self-sealing type.
8) Store in refrigerator.

SERVING
9) Use the sauce mix to cook different kind of meats and vegetable dishes.
