Ingredients

 Lean ground beef454 Gram
 Seasoned bread crumbs60 Milliliter

 Peanut oil60 Milliliter

 3 ml each of black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, thyme leaves, oregano leaves, red pepper flakes

Directions

In a mixing bowl, blend the beef with the bread crumbs and egg.
Shape into small balls and skewer with bamboo skewers.
Place on a baking sheet.
Blend the remaining ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Pour over the meat balls.
Refrigerate for 3 1/2 hours.
Grill the skewers over medium high heat for 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Serve at once.
