Hamburger Satay Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 454 Gram | |
| Seasoned bread crumbs | 60 Milliliter | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Peanut oil | 60 Milliliter | |
| Brazil nuts | 20 Milliliter | |
| Ground ginger | 3 Milliliter | |
| Ground coriander | 3 Milliliter | |
| Molasses | 10 Milliliter | |
| 3 ml each of black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, thyme leaves, oregano leaves, red pepper flakes | ||
| Lime juice | 20 Milliliter | |
| Hot water | 45 Milliliter | |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, blend the beef with the bread crumbs and egg.
Shape into small balls and skewer with bamboo skewers.
Place on a baking sheet.
Blend the remaining ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Pour over the meat balls.
Refrigerate for 3 1/2 hours.
Grill the skewers over medium high heat for 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Serve at once.
