Ingredients

 
1 large ripe tomato, cored, seeded, and chopped fine
 
2 tablespoons minced sweet pickle
 
2 tablespoons minced yellow onion
 
2 tablespoons minced sweet red pepper
 
1 clove garlic, minced
 
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
 
1 teaspoon sugar
 
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
 
1/2 teaspoon Dijon or spicy brown mustard

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a medium size glass bowl and mix well.
Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 30 minutes before serving or chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Stir well and serve on hamburgers or as an accompaniment to meats.
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
