Hamburger Potato Cheese Pie Recipe

| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| 1 envelope instant mashed potatoes | ||
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Mix meat, salt, pepper, onion, bread crumbs soaked in milk, and egg.
Spread in greased 9-inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 35 minutes.Top with potatoes made according to package directions.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted and potatoes are hot.
Sprinkle with paprika.
