Hamburger Pinwheels Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion salt to taste | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Paprika | ||
| 1 recipe biscuit dough | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Processed cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Mix ground beef, chili sauce, 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard, vinegar, onion salt, pepper and paprika to taste thoroughly.
Roll dough into 1/2-inch thick oblong.
Spread beef mixture over dough; roll lengthwise jelly roll fashion.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch slices; place slices in greased pan.
Bake in 425-degree oven for 30 minutes.
Pour milk into double boiler; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat immediately.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Add salt, remaining dry mustard, 1/4 teaspoon paprika and garlic salt; pour over pinwheels.
Roll dough into 1/2-inch thick oblong.
