 Whole tomatoes- 1 (16-ounce) can ,undrained
 Whole kernel corn- 1 (16-ounce) can , undrained
 Green beans- 1 (16-ounce) can, cut and undrained
 Beef broth- 1 (10 1/2-ounce) can , undiluted
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Potatoes6 Medium, peeled
 Cheddar Cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground thyme1/2 Teaspoon
 Chili powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Buttermilk- 2 (11-ounce) cans, refrigerator biscuits

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 450 degrees F

MAKING
2. In a Dutch oven, combine ground beef and onion, cook it over medium heat till meat is browned and it crumbles
3. Add next 6 ingredients and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat
4. Now add cheese and seasonings, stir till cheese melts, simmer for 90-100 minutes, till it's dry
5. In a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, pout the mixture and place biscuits on top
6. Finally Bake at 400° for 10 to 13 minutes

SERVING
7. Serve with salads, cooked vegetables
