Hamburger Macaroni and GreenBean Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups shredded sharp | ||
| Cheddar cheese | ||
| Elbow macaroni | 8 Ounce, cooked | |
| 1 box frozen cut green beans, cooked | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat moderate oven (350°F.)
MAKING
2) Cook beef and onion till the meats color lightens.
3) With a fork blend flour, salt, and pepper.
4) Stir in milk and stirring constantly cook till thick.
5) Mix 1 1/2 cups cheese and cook till melted.
6) Add to cooked macaroni and beans. Transfer to 2-quart casserole.
7) Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.
8) Bake in oven for 35 minutes till top is lightly browned.

9) Serve hot.
