Ingredients
| Mutton | 500 Gram (For 4) | |
| Ginger | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Green chillies | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Egg | 1 (For 4) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Fat to fry 30 gm. | ||
Directions
1. Clean and mince mutton.
2. Mince onion, chop finely green chillies and ginger.
3. Mix all ingredients. Divide into even sized portions. Flatten into cakes.
4. Shallow fry till cooked.
