Hamburger In Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow cheese | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon mixed celery and garlic salt | ||
| Dash of Tabasco sauce | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
2) Shape into sandwich bread sized square cakes and coat with the bacon drippings.
3) Broil the cakes until cooked.
4) Toast and butter the sandwich bread .
SERVING
5) Assemble the sandwich as desired and serve.
