Hamburger In Oven Recipe
Ingredients
| Extra lean ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| 2 medium onions, sliced thin | ||
| French fries package | 1 , frozen | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Divide meat into 6 to 8 equal parts and make into patties.
Season to taste.
Place on foil in large baking pan and arrange onion slices on top of each patty.
Place fries around them.
Wrap foil tightly and bake.
