 Beef1 pound
 Onion - 1 medium, chopped fine
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Salsa - 8 ounce jar
 Nacho cheese soup – 14 ounce can
 Velveeta cheese nacho chips - 8 slices

Directions

MAKING
In a saucepan brown ground beef and onions drain and season with salt and pepper.
In a slow cooker combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours with occasional stirring.

SERVING
Serve with nacho chips.
