Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C)
MAKING
2) Mix all ingredients to make the burger filling
3) Now, roll out bun dough into ¼ inch to ½ inch thick big circles
4) Make about 3-inch squares from the circles and fill with 1 tablespoon of filling
5) Fold over the edges and place each one of them in baking pan with the seam down.
6) Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve hot

The buns freeze pretty well and can be re-warmed in microwave.
