Hamburger Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Hamburger | 3 Pound | |
| Butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato | 3 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 (6 oz.) wide noodles | ||
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese package | 1 | |
| Sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Ground pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Brown meat in butter, stir in tomato spaghetti sauce, set aside.
Boil noodles 10 minutes in salt water (do not drain).
Combine last 5 ingredients.
Butter 2 quart casserole.
Place in layers as follows: 1/2 noodles, cheese mixture, remaining noodles.
Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes.
