Ingredients

 Plaice2 Pound, cleaned
 Peas - 1 small tin
 Tomatoes4
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Dill1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt1 To taste
 Sugar - to taste
 Butter2 Tablespoon (For the sauce :)
 Flour2 Tablespoon (For the sauce :)
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs) (For the sauce :)
 Nutmeg - a pinch, grated
 Salt1 To taste (For the sauce :)
 Pepper To Taste (For the sauce :)

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 400F gas mark 6.

MAKING
2.Add a sprinkling of lemon juice and salt on plaice.
3.Take a soaked Romertopf and Add the seasoned plaice in it.
4.Add a sprinkling of butter cut in small pieces.
5.Add little sugar and chopped dill and cook for 1 1/4 hours after putting the lid on.
6.When 20 minutes are left, take a saucepan, heat butter in it and add flour.
7.Cook for 3 minutes.
8.Add milk and stir until thick.
9.Add salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.

SERVING
10.Serve plaice topped with sauce.
