Hamburg Nests Recipe
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|

|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Place butter, onion, and green pepper in small Browning Skillet; cook in oven 1 minute, stir once.
Mix with beef, bread crumbs, and seasonings.
Form meat mixture into 4 doughnut shaped rings, about 4" in diameter.
Brush with a little milk; coat with cereal crumbs.
Chill (rings will hold shape and be easier to handle if cold, but this is optional).
Arrange meat nests in a greased shallow baking dish.
Cook in oven 2 minutes.
Turn dish around 180°, cook 2 minutes more.
Break an egg into each "nest" (remember to pierce yolk); top with cheese.
Cook in oven 3 to 4 minutes, or to desired doneness for eggs.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
