Ham with Cranberries Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberries | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Raw smoked center cut ham slices | 2 | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole cloves | 2 |
Directions
Wash and chop cranberries.
Place 1 slice ham in baking dish, and cover with 1/2 the berries and 1/2 the sugar.
Place other ham slice on top, and cover with remaining berries and sugar.
Stud fatty edges of ham with whole cloves, and bake 1 hour at 300°â€â€350°F., basting occasionally with liquid in pan.
