Ham With Chili Recipe
Ingredients
1 fresh ham, about 8 pounds
1/4 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1 garlic clove, chopped
water
Directions
Cut 6 or 8 holes in meat, reserving removed meat.
Blend seasonings and garlic with enough water to form paste.
Fill holes in meat with some of the paste; replace reserved meat to plug holes.
Bake at 325° for 4 hours.
Spread remaining paste over surface of meat.
Bake 1/2 hour longer, or until meat thermometer registers 185°.
