Ham Squares Recipe

l 1/2 lbs. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground pork
3/4 cup day old bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard dissolved in 1 tbs. milk
Directions
Combine ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Place in shallow 8 inch by 12 inch baking dish.
Cover with cranberry or applesauce topping the last 10 minutes of baking.
Bake at 350F for 1 1/4 hours.
Cut in squares to serve and garnish each square with a sprig of parsley.
