2/3 cup cottage cheese
 
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon margarine
 
6 ounces ground boiled ham
 
2 tablespoons chopped scallion (green onion)

Directions

In blender container combine cheese and margarine and process until smooth; add remaining ingredients and process until combined.
