Ham Soup With Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
3 med. potatoes, diced
6 c. ham broth
1 c. diced cooked ham
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1 c. flour
Salt and pepper
Directions
Cook potatoes in ham broth until tender; add ham.
Combine egg and milk; add flour to make stiff dough.
Roll on floured surface; cut in 1-inch squares.
Drop into boiling ham broth; cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add boiling water if necessary.
