Ingredients

 
200 g smoked ham chopped
 
1 ea onion chopped
 
2 tbsp tomato paste
 
3 ea potatoes cut up to slices
 
1 l broth
 
salt, pepper to taste
 
parsley green chopped for served

Directions

Heat a frying pan and spray with the lowfat cooking spray, add the onion. Fry over a high heat until lightly browned. Add a tomato paste and boiling 1 minute. Add the mixture, ham and potato slices to the broth, cook for 15 minutes, season to taste. Serve with parsley green.
