Ingredients

 
2 env. Unflavored gelatin
 
1 cup cold water
 
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
 
Few grains cayenne pepper
 
4 cups finely chopped cooked ham
 
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
 
2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
 
1 cup chilled heavy cream, whipped

Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water in a saucepan.
Dissolve completely over low heat.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the mustard and cayenne pepper; cool.
Chill until mixture is slightly thickened.
Blend in the ham, pimiento, and pickle.
Fold in whipped cream.
Turn into a 1 1/2 quart mold.
Chill until firm.
When ready to serve, unmold onto a chilled serving plate.
Garnish top of mold with pimiento strips.
Spoon Spicy Gelatin Cubes, below, around mold.
