Ingredients

 
1 lb. ground ham
 
1/2 lb. ground pork
 
3/4 c. milk
 
1/2 c. oats
 
1 egg
 
2 tsp. horseradish
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
Dash of pepper
 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
 
2 tbsp. lemon juice
 
2 tbsp. vinegar
 
1/2 c. (packed) brown sugar
 
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Directions

Combine ham, pork, milk, oats, egg, horseradish, salt and pepper.
Shape into six or seven logs.
Place in baking dish.
Blend cornstarch and 3/4 cup cold water in saucepan; add remaining ingredients.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; pour over ham logs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
