Ham Loaf Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

| Saltine crackers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Ground pork | 1/2 pound | |
| Sliced rye bread | ||
| Sweet pickle relish | ||
Directions
Advance preparation:
Combine eggs, crushed crackers, milk, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and dash pepper; mix in ham and pork.
Pat into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° about 1 1/4 hours.
Drain off fat.
Refrigerate in pan till well chilled.
Before serving:
Slice loaf.
Serve on rye bread with sweet pickle relish and additional mustard.
Makes 6 to 8 sandwiches.
