Ham Loaf Recipe
This Ham Loaf makes a good Main Dish for most meals. This Ham Loaf as a Main Dish is a winner! In my view, if one calls oneself a good cook, one must have a personal recipe of Ham Loaf, just like I do.
Ingredients
1 Ib. ground veal
1 lb. ground smoked ham
4 tablespoons catchup
2 tablespoons minced onion
3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tablespoons tat or drippings
1/4 cup water
Directions
Mix ingredients together in order given, except water.
Shape into loaf and brown in cooker in melted drippings.
Cool cooker a few minutes before adding water to prevent evaporation.
Add water to cooker and pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure for 30 minutes.
Reduce pressure quickly.
