Ham kabobs Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. smoked cooked ham,cut into 1-inch cubes
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks
1 can (20 oz.) apricot halves
1 cup (1 recipe) Sweet-Sour Sauce
Sweet-Sour Sauce:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon instant bouillon
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Directions
On 8 skewers, alternate ham cubes, pineapple and apricots.
Brush with Sauce.
Broil or place on rack over hot coals and grill 3 to 4 inches from heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining sauce during grilling.
Sweet-Sour Sauce:
In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water.
Cook until bouillon cube is dissolved.
Combine cornstarch and water.
Stir into hot liquid.
Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
