Ham Filling Recipe
Ingredients
3 small onions, chopped
2 small tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 thick slices cured ham, diced
2 hard-boiled eggs
3 tb olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet and slowly fry the onions.
When they are soft and golden, add tomatoes ancl garlic.
When the liquid has evaporated, add diced ham, stir and fry 2-3 minutes more.
Remove from fire, add mashed hard-boiled eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
