Ham Filled Party Puffs Recipe

Directions
Combine water and butter in a medium saucepan; bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and add flour, stirring vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball.
Remove saucepan from heat, and allow mixture to cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition with a wooden spoon until dough is smooth.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Cool away from drafts.
Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, and beat well; cover mixture, and chill 1 hour.
Cut off top of each pastry puff; pull out and discard the soft dough inside.
Fill each pastry bottom with about 1 tablespoon ham mixture; then cover with pastry tops.
