2 cups finely chopped cooked ham
2 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
3/4 cup mayonnaise
8 crepes
8 slices Swiss cheese
Directions
Combine ham, eggs, olives, relish, and mayonnaise.
Divide among crepes; roll up.
