Ham Cheese Scallop Recipe

Ingredients
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
7 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Directions
Blend flour and salt into hot butter in a saucepan.
Heat until bubbly.
Remove from heat; add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
Bring to boiling; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese all at one time and stir until cheese is melted Stir in macaroni.
Turn mixture into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Spoon a mixture of ham, horseradish, and mus tard evenly over top and press slightly.
Heat in a 350F oven 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
