Ham-Cheese Logs Recipe
Ingredients
4 Oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 8 Oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 4 1/2 Oz. Can Deviled Ham
1/2 Cup Pitted, Chopped Ripe Olives
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Pecans
Directions
Have cheddar cheese at room temperature.
In small mixer bowl, beat together cheddar cheese and cream cheese until blended.
Beat in deviled ham; stir in olives and chill.
Shape into two 8 inch long logs.
Roll in pecans.
Serve with crackers.
