Stir in the milk, bread crumbs, ground ham, and 1/2 teaspoon of the mustard.
Mix lightly until well blended, then shape into about 12 balls.
Distribute balls in a greased shallow baking dish (about 9 inches square).
Arrange the sweet potatoes between the ham balls in the dish.
Combine the melted butter, brown sugar vinegar, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon mustard: drizzle over the ham and potatoes.
Hake, uncovered, in a 375Â° oven for about 40 minutes or until richly glazed; baste twice with sauce in pan.
