Ham Balls With Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients

| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tups ground cooked ham | ||
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sweet potatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In a bowl beat the egg slightly.
Stir in the milk, bread crumbs, ground ham, and 1/2 teaspoon of the mustard.
Mix lightly until well blended, then shape into about 12 balls.
Distribute balls in a greased shallow baking dish (about 9 inches square).
Arrange the sweet potatoes between the ham balls in the dish.
Combine the melted butter, brown sugar vinegar, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon mustard: drizzle over the ham and potatoes.
Hake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for about 40 minutes or until richly glazed; baste twice with sauce in pan.
