Ham & Apricot Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Radiatore | 5 Ounce, uncooked | |
| 3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dried apricots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), quartered | |
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Cooked ham | 1/2 pound | |
| Swiss cheese slice | 1/2 pound, reduced | |
| 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper | ||
Directions
Cook radiatore according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Drain.
Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add cooked radiatore; toss to coat well. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
