Ham And Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
2 to 4 small sweet potatoes (unpeeled)
1 1/2 lb. boneless ham
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
Place sweet potatoes in bottom of crock pot.
Place ham on sweet potatoes (the sweet potatoes act as a rack).
Combine remaining ingredients and spread over top of ham.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
