Have ready a large shallow baking dish, about 13 X 9 1/2 X 2 inches.
Put ham slices in baking dish in a single layer if possible.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Lay sliced sweet potatoes on top of ham.
Combine orange juice, lemon juice and honey and pour over all.
Sprinkle potatoes lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake, basting often, until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour.
Garnish with orange sections.
