Ham And Pork Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
 
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
 
3 eggs
 
1 1/4 a milk
 
1 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1/4 c. water
 
1 tbsp. dry mustard
 
1/3 c. vinegar
 
1 c. brown sugar

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients; form into loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees.
Combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
When loaf begins to brown, baste occasionally with sauce.
Bake loaf about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
