Ham And Pineapple Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Green bell pepper | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 (8 ounce) jar Cheez Whiz | ||
| Cooked ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 5 soft-boiled eggs, not too runny | ||
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Chop the pineapple chunks into smaller pieces.
Combine the pineapple, onion, bell peppers, mayonnaise, mustard, Cheez Whiz, ham and eggs in a bowl; mix well.
Spread over hamburger bun halves or rye bread slices.
Arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, being careful not to burn the buns.
Turn on the broiler for the last minute of heating to brown the tops slightly.
