Directions
Set aside drained okra pods.
Cut ham slices so they will evenly fit okra.
Spread cream cheese on ham slices.
Carefully wrap ham slices around reserved okra pods. (You may have some ham or okra leftover; save for other uses.)
With a blunt knife, scrape off any excess cream cheese at the ends of rolls.
Place rolls, seam-side down, in a shallow container.
Refrigerate, covered, at least 3 hours, or overnight. (These can be assembled several days ahead and refrigerated until serving time.)
When ready to serve, slice each roll crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces.
Place slices on serving dish, cut-side up, to resemble wagon wheels.
Garnish with parsley.
Pieces can be picked up with the fingers or with wooden picks.
