Ham and Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded American cheese
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon horse-radish
1 cup cooked peas
2 cups diced cooked ham
1 1/2 cups cooked noodles
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Pour in milk and stir.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and smooth.
Add cheese and cook, stirring until melted.
Add salt, catsup, horseradish, peas, ham and noodles.
Blend well.
Turn mixture into a 1-quart casserole.
Top with crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake in a moderate oven (350°f.) 30 minutes.
