Instant Ham And Noodle Casserole Recipe Video
Really easy, almost instant weeknight dinner
Ingredients
1/2 lb broad egg noodles
7 oz ham steak, cubed into 1/2" cubes
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, minced
1 Tbs olive oil
4 oz canned mushroom pieces
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 can semi-condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
cook egg noodles in boiling water, acoording to package directions
drain. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet and saute onion, garlic, green onion
and ham. Combined drained noodles with sauted veggies and ham, add sour cream, soup, and
season with salt and pepper. Turn into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle top with parmesan. Bkae
at 350 for 30 mins
