Ingredients
1 iceberg lettuce leaf
1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1 slice boiled ham (1 ounce)
4 Italian (flat-leaf) parsley leaves
1 slice Muenster cheese (1 ounce)
Directions
Lay lettuce leaf flat; place ham on lettuce and top with cheese.
Trim any excess lettuce so that all slices are even.
Spread mustard over surface of cheese; starting from narrow end of leaf, roll lettuce tightly to enclose ham and cheese.
Secure with 4 toothpicks, evenly spaced.
Cut into 4 rolls, each 3/4 to 1 inch long; arrange rolls cut-side down on serving platter and top each with a parsley leaf.
