Ham and Cheese Casserole Recipe

This is a recipe from my childhood! My Mom made this the day or two after she made a ham with the left over meat.

 Cheddar cheese soup1 Can (10 oz) (Campbell’s)
 Milk1 Can (10 oz) (after removing the soup from the can)
 Egg noodles16 Ounce
 Corn1 Can (10 oz) (drained)
 Celery stalks2 , chopped
 Onion1⁄2 , chopped
 Chopped ham/Whatever you have left over on the bone1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Pepper red1⁄2 , chopped
 Scallions2 , chopped
 American cheese slice8

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Follow the directions on the package of noodles and cook until al dente
3. While the noodles are cooking mise en place!
4. Heat the soup and milk in a saucepan.
5. Place half of the noodles in the bottom of a 13 inch x 9 inch casserole pan
6. Add the corn, celery, onion, ham
7. Add the remaining noodles and soup mixture, gently stir to incorporate
8. Top with red pepper, scallions and American cheese slices
9. Bake at 350 F for 25 - 30 minutes, or until heated and cheese is melted
