| Beef bouillon | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Grated swiss cheese | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Grated parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Drain fat.
Add ham and stir in 1/4 cup flour.
Add bouillon and sliced mushrooms.
Bring to a simmer, stirring often.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile melt butter in a small saucepan.
Remove from heat and add the flour, stirring with a wire whisk.
Over a moderate heat, add the milk gradually, stirring the mixture constantly until the sauce is thickened.
Add remaining ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste .
Fill crepes with meat mixture.
Roll up and place in an oven proof dish.
Pour sauce over top.
Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
