Ham'N Cheese Puffs Recipe
These ham and cheese puffs are made with cheddar cheese and baked ham. Prepared with flour and butter along with the ham and cheese, it is flavored with worcestershire sauce and baked in the shape of small balls. Serve these up as a side for a meal for something savory to reach out to!
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup baked ham, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne
1 cup sifted flour
Directions
Combine butter, cheese, ham and seasonings.
Blend in flour.
Shape dough into a smooth ball.
Roll dough into small balls (size of a large marble) and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes.
