Ham With Mustard Fruits Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 fully cooked smoked ham slice, about | ||
| 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds) | ||
| Apricot | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Butter margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
Directions
1. Slash outer edge of fat on ham slice diagonally at 1-inch intervals to prevent curling. Place ham in rectangular dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) 8 minutes. Turn ham over; arrange fruit on ham.
2. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over fruit and ham. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 10 to 17 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes, until ham is hot.
