Ham Sticks Hawaiian Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 24 one-inch cubes cooked ham | ||
| 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into squares | ||
Directions
1. Drain the pineapple. Mix 4 tablespoons of pineapple syrup with honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and vegetable oil in a cup.
2. Thread ham, pineapple chunks and green pepper squares alternately onto 8 small skewers, dividing evenly. Place on broiler rack; brush lightly with honey mixture.
3. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes; turn; brush again with honey mixture. Broil 5 minutes longer, or until hot and lightly browned.
