Ham Steaks With Sauteed Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients

| Cooked ham | 1 8 Ounce | |
| 1 small head green cabbage coarsely sliced | ||
| 2 tablespoons apple jelly or orange marmalade | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Peaches | 1 8 3/4 Ounce, drained | |
Directions
1. In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 teaspoon hot butter or margarine, cook ham steaks until browned on both sides. Remove steaks to plate as they brown.
2. In same skillet over medium heat, in 2 tablespoons hot butter or margarine (1/4 stick), cook cabbage with apple jelly and prepared mustard 15 minutes, stirring often, until cabbage is tender.
3. Return ham steaks to skillet; add peaches and heat through.
