Ham Steaks Recipe

| White vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ground clove | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cooked ham slices, 1/2 inch thick | ||
Directions
In a bowl, mix first 4 ingredients well.
With a fork, prick ham slices all over.
Place in a covered dish.
Pour liquid mixture over ham.
Cover.
Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
Preheat oven to broil.
Remove ham from dish, reserving marinade.
Transfer ham slices to a roasting pan with a rack.
Broil in oven 4-5 minutes each side.
Baste with marinade during cooking.
