Ingredients
4 teaspoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 lean reduced-sodium ham steak
Directions
1 ln a small bowl, combine the sugar, mustard, vinegar, 1 and cloves.
Score the edge of the ham at 1 -inch intervals with a knife to prevent curling.
Coat one side of the ham with half of the mixture.

Place the ham on a broiler pan, coated side up, and broil for 3 minutes.
