Ham Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese | ||
| 2/3 cup finely chopped lean cooked ham | ||
| Fat | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Swiss cheese | ||
| Minced parsley | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Poppy seeds | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place cottage cheese in container of an electric blender or food processor; top with cover, and process until smooth.
Transfer cottage cheese to a small bowl.
Stir in ham, Swiss cheese, parsley, horseradish, mustard, and poppy seeds.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
